Who I Am & How I Practice

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 89427) currently working for The Place Within, a non-profit in Roseville, CA.  I believe that each person has a sacred story to share and I recognize the strength it takes for someone to reveal their pages. I place high importance on creating a warm and safe environment and believe that it is essential to the therapeutic process. I hold true to the belief that each individual has the ability for growth and change and I would like to assist in that process while encouraging congruence between one’s beliefs, values, and behaviors. I utilize a varied set of theories and interventions to enable me to meet the needs of each client while encouraging positive coping mechanisms and resources. I value the impact of each person’s childhood and family structure, while also attending to the present chapter.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new coffee shops, and riding the rails.
