Individual therapy is a collaborative approach aimed to create growth, insight, healing, change, and connection with others. I utilize somatic and regulating tools throughout the process of talk therapy and trauma therapy to help regulate your nervous system in the process of unpacking.
Couple's therapy can consist of an array of different goals and purposes. Aspects tend to center around enhancing communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, vulnerability, and or taking responsibility to bring about growth, healing, and a change in the relational pattern.
Family therapy can assist with enhancing communication, conflict management, safety, boundaries, repair, and insight within the family to bring about healing, change, connection, and support.
I love working with trainees and associates that are accruing hours for licensure.
I have a passion helping teens and young adults navigate developmental stages, life transitions, stress, anxiety, exploring their identity, relationships, and launching into adulthood.

I provide individual and group consultation to support clinicians in their EMDRIA EMDR journey, including training support, certification hours, and additional clinical guidance. I am a CIT (Consultant in Training) and a certified EMDR therapist. I collaborate with Kim Johnson, LCSW an EMDRIA-approved trainer, and I currently receive consultation and professional support from Ann Cunningham LMFT#34049, Approved EMDRIA Consultant. I also help facilitate, when needed, Kim Johnson, LCSW’s Basic EMDR trainings alongside Ann Cunningham, LMFT#34049.
My goal is to help clinicians strengthen their EMDR practice, meet certification requirements, and grow confidence in applying the model ethically and effectively.
